- Any additional cost is communicated before service execution.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Service requests made via WhatsApp, call, or website form require confirmation by Elecpure.
Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
4. Warranty & Responsibility
- Warranty applies only to replaced parts, if mentioned at the time of service.
- Elecpure is not responsible for pre-existing RO damage, water quality, or electrical/plumbing issues.
5. Cancellation
Service cancellations or rescheduling should be informed in advance.
Late cancellations may include a visit charge.
